Services & Treatments

I offer individual, couple and family therapy, parent coaching and group skills training—as well as 24/7 phone coaching for individuals experiencing mental health crises. I specialize in DBT, RO-DBT, ERP for OCD, CBT, and more. During your intake appointment, I'll offer various assessments to find the right fit.

I charge $175 for a standard 50-minute session, and $250 for a 90 minute session. I do not take insurance and require payment at the time of service, but I'm happy to provide a superbill for clients to submit to insurance for reimbursement. I always save some therapy slots for equity and sliding scale clients - just note that you're interested when you reach out.

Individual Therapy

It can be a great relief to have someone to talk to. Someone who can witness your story and provide acceptance and support. I work with individuals to set and reach valued goals, all the while giving them honest and compassionate feedback. I offer 50 minute and 90 minute sessions, with varying frequency depending on your needs.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), created by Marsha Linehan, is a type of behavioral therapy originally developed to treat those suffering from suicidal thoughts, self-harming urges and borderline personality disorder - but is also highly effective in treating a wide range of other mental health issues. If you or someone you love needs help with crisis management, regulating intense emotions, avoiding conflict, restraining impulses, becoming more organized and structured in life, delaying gratification, and tolerating distress, DBT could be a great fit for you. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on challenging deeply rooted "sticky" thoughts and core beliefs, allowing you to transcend what you think is "true" about your own inner world. It teaches tangible coping skills to improve emotional regulation and target the current problems you're facing. It is primarily effective in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, compulsive thinking, and more. Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) is a shorter-term therapy that uses CBT tools to treat trauma.

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT)

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) builds upon the success of traditional DBT to treat a unique spectrum of symptoms. This treatment, developed by Dr. Thomas Lynch, can be incredibly effective at helping more "over-controlled"individuals manage high treatment-resistant anxiety, depression and emotional loneliness due to a lack of openness and flexibility, perfectionistic tendencies, self-criticism, overthinking, difficulties letting go of control, and trouble being able to play, laugh, and relax. Exposure & Responsive Prevention for OCD

Exposure and Response Prevention, commonly known as ERP, is a therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) that encourages clients to face their fears and let obsessive thoughts occur without "putting them right" or neutralizing them with compulsions. A hallmark of ERP is that it doesn't completely remove distressing thoughts and situations, it allows you to live with them. Many people experience a huge relief of anxiety and depression symptoms when they learn to take control of their compulsions. ERP principles are helpful for eating disorders (ED) as well.
